The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, is seeking bids for the Sheldon Jackson Museum HVAC Upgrades project. This project includes the replacement of the HVAC and humidity control systems to provide a more stable and controlled environment, as well as additional zone control of separate spaces at the museum. The contract also includes two additive alternates for the installation of a new dehumidification system in the office space and for cleaning of the existing supply air ducting and return air plenum. • The project is located in Sitka, Alaska. • The Engineer's Estimate for the project is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. • The Substantial Project completion date is November 24, 2026. • Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Department's approved online bidding service or purchased from the Central Region Plans Room. • Individuals with disabilities should contact the TTD number to make necessary arrangements.
