Description
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking bids for the purchase of miscellaneous materials and components for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for an additional year. The successful bidder will be required to provide materials and components that meet the specifications outlined in the bid document. The bid document includes a detailed description of the required materials and components, as well as the terms and conditions of the contract.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a warranty for all items purchased.
• The contract will be subject to annual appropriated funding.
• The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
• The bid document includes a bid sheet that must be completed and returned with the bid response.
• The bid response must be received on or before the bid due date and time designated in the ITB.
