Description
The Chippewa Valley Schools is seeking a bidder to provide Server Infrastructure & Management services. The bidder must submit one original and three copies of their Bid Proposal in a sealed opaque envelope. The bid must include a base proposal for Section 17230 – Virtual Server Infrastructure, as well as unit prices for various items. The bidder must also provide a price guarantee for 90 consecutive days from the due date. The project requires the bidder to commence work operations immediately upon award of Contract, and the date of completion is extremely important to the Owner.
• The bid must include a sum of $30,000 for Owner-directed changes.
• The bidder must provide unit prices for various items, including procurement, delivery, installation, configuration, licenses, overhead, and applicable warranties.
• The bidder must provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of their Bid Proposal, if their bid is $50,000 or more.
• The bidder must include a Familial Disclosure Form, Asbestos Notification Form, Iran Sanctions Affidavit, and Affidavit of Compliance – Criminal Background Checks with their bid.
