Cardboard Processing Services

The County of Inyo is seeking proposals for bailing cardboard and shredded paper at the cardboard recycling area at the Bishop Sunland Landfill and hauling cardboard and shredded paper bails to the recyclers. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing and maintaining the bailer equipment and all other equipment needed to complete the bailing and hauling process, including labor. The contract term will be from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029. • The contractor must provide the necessary equipment and labor to bail and haul cardboard and shredded paper. • The contractor must coordinate with the County to ensure that all services and work requested by the County under this Agreement will be performed within the time frame set forth by the County. • The contractor must maintain all necessary licenses, certificates, and permits required to perform the services identified in the Scope of Work. • The contractor must procure and maintain insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder and the results of that work by the Contractor, its agents, representatives, or employees or subcontractors.
