Description
The Offices of the Insurance Commissioner is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase to replace existing audio/visual equipment in conference rooms on floors 8 and 9, and add video conferencing hardware on floor 7. The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed in the document, including compatibility with various meeting software, recording capability, and cameras with Pan/Tilt/Zoom. The vendor must also provide a turnkey ready system with no monthly or yearly usage fees, and all wiring must be hidden in ceilings and walls. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.
• The contract items must include a wood grain media cart and a LiteTouch Envision DC24 Document Camera or equivalent.
• The vendor must deliver the contract items within 14 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed.
• The vendor must provide a standard manufacturer's warranty, and no additional warranty or maintenance services are required.
• The contract items must be delivered to the agency's location at 900 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302.
