SEPTA is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud‑based Enterprise Energy Management System (EEMS) and associated sustainability support services for a three‑year base period, with two optional one‑year extensions. The contractor must ingest up to 20 years of historic utility data, automate ongoing utility‑bill acquisition and validation, integrate with SEPTA’s existing Oracle financial system, Energy Star Portfolio Manager, VMIS, and Power BI/Tableau, and deliver dashboards, reporting, GHG accounting, and measurement‑and‑verification tools. Ongoing technical support, training, and help‑desk services are required, along with strict security (SOC 2/ISO 27001) and insurance compliance.
• Provide a SaaS energy‑management platform that aggregates electricity, gas, water, waste, fuel, and renewable‑energy data.
• Migrate historic utility data (minimum 10 years, optional 5‑ or 20‑year packages) and maintain data‑quality SLAs (3‑day utility update, 10‑day contract change updates).
• Integrate with SEPTA’s financial, BI, and fleet‑management systems and furnish customizable dashboards, ad‑hoc reports, and GHG/CO₂e calculations.
