The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking information from vendors regarding solutions capable of supporting a Federal Funds Tracking System (FFTS) for the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). The system should be able to track funding opportunities, related submissions, funding actions, and associated reporting and oversight activities. The solution should be a modern, scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that enhances visibility and accountability across internal tracking, workflow, and reporting processes. Some key features of the system include:
• Configurable workflows and business rules
• Automated notifications and alerts
• Configurable dashboards and reporting
• Ability to track and manage related records across multiple lifecycle stages
• Support for audit readiness and compliance-related reporting
• Ability to be configured and maintained by authorized agency administrators with minimal reliance on custom development.
The HHSC welcomes responses from vendors offering configurable platforms, including but not limited to case management, workflow automation, record management, CRM-style, or similar adaptable solutions that could be configured to support the Agency’s needs.
