Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

The Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services. Vendors must have a signed Network Services Agreement and applicable Technical Addendum with WaTech to participate. The services must meet all mandatory specifications, and the proposed solution must include all costs associated with the delivery of the requested service. The evaluation model will be based on the cost score, timeline score, and local loop score. • The cost score will be determined by the formula: NRC + 24*MRC = Contractor’s Base Price. • The timeline score will be based on the shortest install interval. • The local loop score will be awarded points based on the type of local loop (Fiber, Fixed Wireless, or Copper). • The contractor with the highest total score per site will be declared the Apparently Successful Vendor (ASV). • The contract will be awarded for a period of 90 days, and the contractor must provide a firm offer for this period.
