The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking quotes for the procurement of microwaves for use in government facilities at Ft. Riley - Bldg. 362 and Ft. Stewart - Bldg. 1152. The microwaves must have a minimum capacity of 1.0 cu.ft., a minimum of 800 W, electronic touch controls, a food turntable, and a minimum 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Stewart - Bldg. 1152 must be black. • The contractor must provide a digital color board of all furniture, finishes, and fabrics to the Technical Representative for reference prior to manufacturing. • The contractor must verify all existing field conditions, including electrical power, at each building through the Technical Representative. • The contractor must provide a Statement of Work (SOW) and other documentation as required. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. • The contractor must provide a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quote, including all costs for delivery, installation, and storage. • The contractor must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) with no exclusions to be considered for award.
