Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the removal and installation of a cooler and freezer at the Camp Minden Dining Facility for the Department of Military Affairs (DMA). The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. A jobsite visit is required prior to bid opening, and bidders must submit their bids by 10:00 AM CT on April 30, 2026. The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods.
• The bidder shall furnish all labor, commercial grade materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove and replace the Freezer/Cooler.
• The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications.
• A jobsite visit is required prior to bid opening.
• Bidders must submit their bids by 10:00 AM CT on April 30, 2026.
• The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods.
