BuildReady Middle Housing

The City of Cincinnati is seeking information from potential sources capable of performing the requirements set forth in the subsequent Scope of Services related to the Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) grant. The primary objective of this RFI is to obtain information regarding the development of a design competition for middle housing, pre-approved plans for middle housing, and barriers to constructing middle housing in the private housing market. • The City is looking for information on experience and potential options regarding development of a design competition for middle housing. • The City is looking for information regarding pre-approved plans for middle housing. • The City is looking for information related to barriers to constructing middle housing in the private housing market.
