City of Chicago’s Department of Water Management is seeking a vendor to provide a five‑year lease of ten wide‑format color/black‑white integrated multi‑functional scanner/plotter units, including full installation, training, preventive maintenance, consumable replenishment, and remote support. The contract includes optional extensions and requires compliance with city insurance, reporting, and diversity incentives.
• Provide 10 new wide‑format MFDs (≥ 42‑in print width) with full‑service lease (maintenance, consumables, warranty).
• Deliver, install, and train staff at multiple DWM and Chicago Department of Transportation locations.
• Meet performance guarantees (≥ 95 % uptime, ≤ 2‑hour response) and sustain Energy‑Star/EPEAT standards, with optional bid incentives for MBE/WBE or veteran‑owned businesses.
