The City of Tampa Wastewater Department is seeking Design-Build Services for the replacement of the Main Switchgear Facility and improvements to the existing Standby Power Facility at the Howard F. Curren AWTP. The selected firm will provide services including engineering investigations, site planning, cost estimating, advertising and administration of subcontracts, start-up, O&M manuals, training, and all related work required for a complete project. • The project includes the replacement of the main switchgear facility and improvements to the standby power facility. • The selected firm will provide a guaranteed maximum price with appropriate surety bonds. • The evaluation criteria include Successful Comparable Project Experience, Workload and Availability, Past Performance, Standard Form A305, and Planned SLBE Solicitation & Utilization.
