Parkland Health is seeking a qualified vendor to cleanse, enrich, and maintain its approximately 75,000‑record item master used for procurement and patient‑charging. The work includes adding GTIN, UNSPSC, HCPCS, image assets, safety data sheets, and other attribute flags, delivering data in CSV/HTML/XML/API formats, and building inbound/outbound interfaces to Infor CloudSuite within 45 days of contract award. Ongoing support includes daily incremental feeds, monthly batch updates, performance testing, training of seven end‑users, and strict security, data‑sovereignty, and M/WBE participation requirements. • Cleanse and enrich ~75 k item‑master records (GTIN, UNSPSC, HCPCS, images, SDS, indicator flags). • Deliver data via CSV, HTML, XML, and/or REST API; ensure compatibility with Infor CloudSuite 11.04. • Build inbound/outbound interfaces within 45 days, provide daily incremental feeds and monthly delta/full batch files, and support 24 × 7 support with on‑site response times. • Meet extensive security controls (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST), provide breach notification within 24 h, and adhere to a 25 % M/WBE subcontracting goal.
