The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for electric door maintenance, as needed repairs, and retrofitting at the Richmond State Supported Living Center located in Richmond, TX. The contract will be for a period of time, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the required work.
