Fleet - Automotive Replacement Parts and Accessories: Phase 3

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide automotive replacement parts and accessories on an as-needed basis. The City intends to establish strategic partnering agreements for the Fleet Management Department for automotive and/or equipment parts for light, medium & heavy-duty assets. The awarded vendor(s) are expected to be the manufacturer or a fully authorized dealer/distributor for any of the products being proposed. • The initial term of the agreement is from the date of contract execution through October 16, 2028, with one (1), two (2) year renewal option by mutual written agreement of the parties. • The City estimates that approximately $2,000,000 may be purchased annually under this solicitation. • Vendors must maintain all minimum qualifications and requirements throughout the term of the Agreement, including being in the business of providing parts and/or maintenance and repairs for vehicles and heavy construction equipment for a minimum of three (3) years. • Vendors must own or have immediate access to parts and/or accessories and maintain the minimum insurances as required by the City.
