Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure Module Support Equipment Rack (MSER) hardware from authorized resellers of specific brand-name manufacturers, including TE Connectivity/Raychem, Allen-Bradley, KMC Stampings, Amphenol PCD, Kendall Howard, Vinylguard, and Glenair, Inc. The requested hardware includes various connectors, cables, and other electrical components. The procurement will be made on a firm fixed-price basis, and the award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
* The procurement is for brand-name hardware only, due to strict compatibility constraints.
* The requested hardware must be exact in form, fit, and function to integrate seamlessly with already installed hardware.
* All costs associated with the requirement, including shipping and freight, must be included in the quoted price.
* Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
* The proposal is due by 7 July 2026, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST.
