Stadium Hall | Signage & Branding

Ferris State University is inviting contractors to bid on providing signs, labor for fabrication, installation of signs, and any equipment necessary for installation for the new residence building, Stadium Hall. The project includes four types of signs: Dimensional Letters, Vinyl Banners, Exterior Aluminum Bulldog, and Interior Backlight Bulldog. The university will provide final images for banner signs, bulldog logo file, and standard FSU colors to the selected vendor. The contractor will be required to create shop drawings for all sign types and provide finish samples for review and approval. • The project requires the contractor to provide all signs, labor for fabrication, and installation of signs. • The contractor must create shop drawings for all sign types and provide finish samples for review and approval. • The university will provide final images for banner signs, bulldog logo file, and standard FSU colors to the selected vendor. • The project has a substantial completion date of June 30, 2026. • The contractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements and Michigan sales and/or use tax.
