Description
The Four Rivers Sanitation Authority (FRSA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a three‑year bottled drinking water delivery service, including the supply of 5‑gallon FDA‑approved bottled water, rental and maintenance of water dispensers, and collection of empty bottles. The contractor must deliver twice per month to multiple Authority locations, maintain a fleet of roughly 14 dispensers of various types, and ensure all deliveries occur between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on weekdays. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with a 10 % bid security and include required insurance, a Fair Employment Affidavit, and notarized statements. The contract runs from May 1 2026 through April 30 2029 with possible one‑year extensions.
• Deliver ~1,920 five‑gallon bottles per year (≈ 5,760 over three years)
• Provide and maintain 14 water dispensers (top‑load, bottom‑load, hot/cold, room‑temp) across 7‑8 Authority sites
• Deliver twice monthly, collect empty bottles, and handle all freight costs (FOB destination)
