Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the provision of CCOM folding tables and chairs. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The successful seller will be required to supply the exact items as specified in the bid solicitation, unless an alternate product is offered and accepted by the City. The contract term will be for 365 days, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Key features of the required items include:
• Folding chairs with sturdy double riveted, double hinged U-braces, and a capacity of 300 lbs
• Economy folding tables with a 72 x 30 inch rectangle shape, a capacity of 250 lbs, and a textured top
The City is exempt from the payment of any federal excise or transportation taxes and any Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax. All prices quoted must be net, exclusive of taxes.
