Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a Gas Analyzer, specifically the GOW-MAC Instrument Co model 20-600-12-4 portable gas analyzer, for 0-5% H2 gas in air. The requirement is for 10 units. The evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The solicitation is set aside for 100% small business.
• The Gas Analyzer must meet the specified requirements and be compatible with the existing system.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide pricing, FOB point, Cage Code, point of contact, name, and phone number.
• The contractor must indicate the method of payment accepted, either Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• The contractor must provide information on shipping, delivery time, and inspection.
