This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to operate a 15‑bed sober‑living transitional housing facility for veterans within a 45‑mile radius of the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. The contractor must provide 24‑hour staffing, semi‑private housing, supportive services, and all necessary supplies, utilities, and security.
