Furnish and Delivery of Traffic Signs and Markings Materials

The County of Maui is soliciting firm price commitments on traffic signs and markings for use by the County of Maui for the period of August 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027. The contract will be for the provision of various traffic signs and markings, including aluminum sign blanks, traffic cones, reflectors, and other related materials. The contractor will be required to deliver the materials to the County of Maui's Traffic Signs & Markings section. The contract will be awarded on an individual line-item basis to the responsible bidders submitting the lowest bid price. Some key products and estimated quantities include: • 0.063 aluminum sign blanks (various sizes) • Traffic cones (400 ea) • Reflectors (1000 pcs) • Aluminum sign blanks with high-intensity prismatic sheeting (various sizes and quantities) • Preform thermoplastic symbols and letters (various sizes and quantities) • Liquid thermoplastic (20 pales) • Hot thermoplastic (1000 bags) • Safety and security mirrors (1 ea) • Video detection systems (1 ea) The County of Maui reserves the right to purchase larger or smaller quantities at the prices quoted.
