Rio Bayamon Housing Duct Cleaning, Janitorial and Interior Painting

The US Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide interior janitorial services for various units at the Rio Bayamon Housing complex. The work includes cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting of floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas. The contractor will also be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to complete the work. The contract will be for a period of 60 days, and the contractor will be required to commence work within five calendar days after notice to proceed. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning 65 units, including 4-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of personnel who will be working on the site, along with their identification and insurance information. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA standards and Department of Labor regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed breakdown of costs for each unit. • The contractor will be required to coordinate all work with the USCG Engineering Division's Housing Maintenance Chief.
