The Waco Independent School District is seeking an on‑call, “as‑needed” contractor for an indefinite‑quantity, competitive sealed‑bid contract to provide comprehensive refrigeration services across all district facilities. The contractor will supply all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to repair, maintain, and install refrigeration‑related equipment, including compressors, seals, locks, coolants, ice machines, reach‑in coolers, tabletop units, walk‑in coolers/freezers, and associated flooring (Aluminum Diamond). Preventive maintenance is also required.
