Description
The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking bids for HVAC demolition and installation services at the Jessup Regional Maintenance Building. The scope of work includes removing and replacing existing gas-fired duct heaters and associated systems, installing new gas furnaces and condensers, and performing system startup and training for facility staff. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the duration of work is expected to be four weeks from the date of award.
• The contractor must hold a valid Maryland HVAC Contractor License and a Maryland Natural Gas Fitter License.
• The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the work.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for two years on all parts and labor.
