The Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Enterprise Observability Platform that will support the IOT NextLevel Observability Program and a broad portfolio of executive‑branch agencies. The contract must ensure continuous coverage, scale to monitor up to 500 applications, and improve detection, resolution, and alert‑quality against defined service‑level targets. This is a state‑wide, multi‑year effort to modernize monitoring and incident‑response capabilities across Indiana’s digital services. • Scope includes design, implementation, and ongoing operation of an observability solution (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting). • Must support integration with existing on‑premises and cloud‑based applications. • Required scalability to 500+ monitored applications with high‑availability architecture. • Deliver measurable improvements in mean‑time‑to‑detect (MTTD) and mean‑time‑to‑resolve (MTTR). • Provide training, documentation, and 24/7 support as part of the contract. • Contract award will be based on technical merit, past performance, and cost.
