Description
The Polk School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified suppliers for a fixed price contract bundle containing Custodial Products and Support Services. The contract will be for a period of one year, starting from January 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide custodial products and services to the Polk School District, including cleaning supplies, equipment, and personnel. The district has approximately 1,151,780 square feet of educational facilities to be maintained, with a student enrollment of 7720 and a staff of 1152. The successful bidder will be required to provide a dedicated account representative, who will be responsible for overseeing the contract and providing support to the district.
