Description
The Loup City Airport Authority is seeking a consultant to provide services for airfield development projects at the Loup City Municipal Airport. The projects include rehabilitating runway and taxiway pavement, acquiring snow removal equipment, constructing hangars, and other improvements. The consultant will be responsible for providing preliminary design, final design, bidding, construction observation, and other services. The selection process will be based on qualifications, and the consultant will be selected based on their experience, knowledge of FAA standards, and ability to meet schedules and budgets.
• The consultant must have experience with comparable projects at similarly sized airports.
• The consultant must have knowledge of FAA standards, policies, and procedures.
• The consultant must be able to meet schedules and stay within budget.
• The consultant must be able to understand the project's potential challenges and the Sponsor's concerns.
• The consultant must be able to provide all aspects of the projects, including preliminary design, final design, bidding, construction observation, and incidental special services.
