OsmoPro Max Automated Osmometer

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a quotation for the provision of an OsmoPro Max Automated Osmometer system, including all necessary accessories and components required for operation. The system will replace an outdated end-of-life osmometer system and will be used for laboratory diagnostic testing at the Birmingham VA Health Care System. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, installing, validating, and training Government personnel on the new system. Key features of the system include freezing point depression methodology, direct sampling from primary tubes, barcode scanning capability, reduced manual pipetting requirements, and laboratory information system (LIS) interface capability. • The system must meet or exceed all Government-required salient characteristics. • The contractor must provide on-site installation, setup, operational validation support, and user training for laboratory personnel. • The contractor must provide warranty documentation, manufacturer documentation, and technical support information. • The system must be delivered and installed within 60 calendar days after receipt of award.
