The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide hardware and software maintenance for the Q-Matic Customer Flow Management System at the Chillicothe VAMC. The system is used for Laboratory Service and the vendor will be required to provide on-site maintenance during the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The vendor will also be required to coordinate with Engineering Service and CIO for system maintenance. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option periods. • The vendor will provide hardware and software maintenance for the Q-Matic Customer Flow Management System. • The vendor will provide on-site maintenance during the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. • The vendor will coordinate with Engineering Service and CIO for system maintenance. • The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option periods. • The vendor will be required to respond to all service requests by telephone within 4 hours and be on-site within 24 hours for repairs.
