Description
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking proposals for the installation of a backup building generator at the TWC Criss Cole Rehabilitation Center building in Austin, Texas. The scope of work includes the installation of a new 400kW Natural Gas generator, site demolition and preparation, replacement of the existing gas meter and regulator, and associated utility upgrades. The project must be completed within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The TWC is looking for a respondent with construction expertise and the ability to provide a best-value contract.

• The respondent must demonstrate a good faith effort to contract with new HUBs
