6525--NOX T3 Home Sleep Testing Systems or Equal

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential sources capable of supplying NOX T3 Home Sleep Testing Systems or equivalent devices. These devices must be portable, ambulatory, and able to capture respiratory flow, oxygen saturation, pulse, snoring, and other signals. They must also be able to integrate with software, allowing for data to be downloaded and analyzed using polysomonography software. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the devices, as well as providing technical support and training for clinical staff. Some key features of the required devices include: * Portable and ambulatory * Ability to capture respiratory flow via RIP technology, oxygen saturation, pulse, snoring, and optional cardiac or muscle activity signals * Integration with software for data analysis and reporting * Ability to perform Type III sleep studies in home environments * FDA clearance via 510(k) or de novo pathway * Compliance with AASM technical guidelines for Home Sleep Testing systems
