Description
The State of Maryland is seeking an electrical contractor to provide services for the SHA Centreville shop. The contractor will be responsible for installing, repairing, and modifying electrical systems, as well as providing emergency services and performing load studies. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew. The contractor must have a licensed master electrician in the State of Maryland and have been in business for at least five years.
• The contractor will be required to provide materials and supplies at reasonable cost.
• The contractor will be required to maintain a stocked service truck with materials, tools, and equipment.
• The contractor will be required to keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish.
• The contractor will be required to provide a warranty for all work performed.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the contract.
