Description
The Warren County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing playground surfacing at seven county parks, install ADA‑compliant synthetic‑turf systems, and, at three locations, provide brand‑new inclusive playground equipment. The work includes demolition, site grading, drainage improvements, shock‑pad installation, turf installation (preferred SoftLawn EZ Play or equivalent), and full equipment installation meeting ASTM, CPSC, IPEMA and ADA standards. The contract will be awarded after a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, with proposals due June 22, 2026 and construction slated to begin September 1, 2026, completing by February 15, 2027.
