Driver Services-Vehicle Services (DS-VS) Tapestry Personnel and Service Support

The State of New Mexico is seeking to purchase driver services-vehicle services (DS-VS) Tapestry personnel and service support. The contract is for 26 months, from April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026. The contractor will provide Full Time Equivalents (FTE) to assist with the implementation of legislative and business process changes. The contractor will also provide training and support to the Taxation and Revenue Department's development staff. The total compensation amount is not to exceed $5,620,000.00, including GRT. • The contractor will provide onsite support personnel to assist with the implementation of changes and legislative changes. • The contractor will provide training and knowledge transfer to the Taxation and Revenue Department's Tapestry developers. • The contractor will implement or assist in the implementation of additional modules as agreed upon by the contractor and the Taxation and Revenue Department. • The contractor will provide weekly and monthly reports on the activity and status of all logged requests.
