Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on the fact that the contract is for the repair of a 960-foot timber structure pier, the budget can be estimated to be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million. This estimation is based on the average cost of construction and repair of similar structures, and it may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the materials used, and the location of the project. The use of galvanized fasteners and hardware as an alternative to 316 stainless steel may also affect the cost. Additionally, the option for quote for the use of TREX decking may also impact the final budget.
