Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking bids for on-call moving and modular systems furniture (MSF) reconfiguration services in Shasta County. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide on-call moving services and assembly, disassembly, and transportation of Haworth MSF and associated components for existing offices, ergonomic adjustments, and cubicle modifications. The services shall be performed at various locations in Shasta County.
• The contractor must possess a valid and current C-61/D-34 (Limited Specialty, Prefabricated Equipment) license issued by the California Contractor's State License Board.
• The contractor must possess a valid and current Motor Carrier Permit issued from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
• The contractor must possess a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
• The contractor must comply with the prevailing wage requirements and provide proof of insurance.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory site inspection on December 15, 2025, 10:00 AM.
• The contractor must submit all required documents, including the bid proposal, certification sheet, and insurance certificate.
