Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is seeking to procure a X-Ray Inspector Instrument (RTI Cobia FLEX for R/F or equal) through this bid. The instrument must be compact, lightweight, durable, and handheld, with the ability to measure various x-ray output parameters without external probes. The results should be visible from a distance, and it should be able to measure different types of x-ray output.
• Must measure kV, Dose, Dose Rate, Time, Total Filtration, and HVL without the use of external probes.
• Results must be visible from behind operator booths or some distance away from device.
• Must be able to measure Radiographic, Fluoroscopic, Dental, and Podiatric X-Ray output.
• Must be able to read low and high kVp output (40kVp-150kVp).
