Construction of Upgrading Water Meters to Cellular Read Meter System

The Coontail Water Association is seeking bids for the construction of upgrading water meters to a cellular read meter system. The project is expected to be funded in whole or in part by the ARPA Rural Water Associations Infrastructure Grant. The bid documents are available electronically and via original paper copy, and plan holders are required to register for an account at www.neel-schafferplans.com to view and order bid documents. The bid schedule may be examined at the Mississippi Procurement Technical Assistance Program (MPTAP) and other locations.
