Description
The Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking quotations for Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services. The contractor must have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable technical addendum to participate. The quotation should include all costs associated with the delivery of the requested service, including cabling, conduit, fiber, entrance facilities, equipment shelves, racks, UPS, permits, labor, fees, etc. The contractor must provide a completed cost model and signed certification and assurances. The evaluation will be based on the cost score, timeline score, and local loop score.
• The cost score will be based on the contractor's base price, which includes non-recurring costs and 24 months of monthly recurring costs.
• The timeline score will be based on the contractor's proposed install interval.
• The local loop score will be based on the type of local loop, with fiber scoring 40 points, fixed wireless scoring 20 points, and copper scoring 10 points.
