Description
Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified contractors for the replacement of a pavilion pergola at the Hudlow Tennis Center. The successful contractor will be responsible for removing all construction debris, disposing of it off-premises according to EPA regulations, and installing a new pergola. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, including 2” x 10” x 24’ double beams, 42 pergola joists with decorative ends, and hurricane ties brackets and structural hardware. The contractor must also prime and paint the pergola.
• The contractor must have demonstrated successful performance on projects of a similar size and scope.
• The contractor must provide at least three references.
• The contractor must have the necessary insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Illegal Immigration Reform Enhancements for 2013.
