* ON HOLD * Rural Landscape and Agricultural Resources Survey (Phase III) Consultant Project

The Canyon County Board of County Commissioners is seeking expressions of interest from qualified consultants to conduct Phase III of a reconnaissance‑level survey of rural landscapes and agricultural resources in the western portion of the county (west of US 95/Highway 26 through Parma). The work must adhere to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Evaluation and Identification and will result in deliverables such as survey data, maps, and reports required by the County and its historic preservation grant partner. The contract is expected to be ≤ $100,000, requires specific insurance coverage, and imposes certifications regarding boycott participation, employee count, and foreign government ownership. • Conduct a detailed field survey of rural landscape and agricultural resources west of US 95/Highway 26 to the City of Parma. • Follow Interior‑Secretary standards and produce maps, data sets, and a final report for the County’s historic preservation program. • Maintain required insurance (minimum $1 M/$2 M liability) and certify compliance with boycott, employee‑size, and foreign‑ownership restrictions. • Submit a Letter of Interest by fax or email by 9 a.m. on November 18, 2025; selected consultant will enter a standard independent‑contractor agreement with the County.
