Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking qualified broadband Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to deliver broadband services to a statewide network of locations. Vendors must have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable technical addendum on file to be eligible. Bids are evaluated on a combined cost and timeline score, with mandatory deliverables for each site, including monthly recurring cost (MRC), non‑recurring cost (NRC), and guaranteed install intervals. The solicitation includes a pre‑proposal conference (optional) and requires background checks for all personnel.
