Library Automated Laptop -Tablet Self-Checkout Stations

The City of Suffolk Library is seeking proposals for the provision of hardware, software, shipping, training, and ongoing maintenance for up to seven Automated Laptop/Tablet Self-Checkout Stations. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary equipment and services to ensure the smooth operation of these self-checkout stations. The scope of work includes the delivery, installation, and maintenance of the stations, as well as training for library staff. • The self-checkout stations must be capable of handling laptops and tablets. • The stations must be environmentally certified. • The bidder must provide ongoing maintenance and support for the stations. • The bidder must provide training for library staff on the use and maintenance of the stations. • The bidder must ensure that the stations are compatible with the library's existing systems and infrastructure.
