Description
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking contractor support for operations and maintenance (O&M) of its Enterprise Talent Management System (ETMS). The contractor will provide licenses, configuration, implementation, and ongoing O&M support for ETMS, which includes project management, help desk support, training support services, and more. The solution must support workforce planning, competency tracking, employee and leadership development, and data-driven decision-making. The contract has a base period of 12 months and a potential 6-month option period. The contractor will also be required to transition data and other analytics to the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Core HCM platform once it becomes available.
