Description
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide customization, training, technical assistance, and certification for the comprehensive Michigan-specific Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) and Family Advocacy Support Tool (FAST) assessment tools. The contractor will provide technical assistance, training, certification, decision support model development and testing, continuous quality improvement, and advanced analytics. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in administering and training on the comprehensive Michigan-specific CANS and FAST assessment tools and have credentials from the tool developers or equivalent academic qualifications.
