The County of Gwinnett is seeking qualified towing companies to provide on‑call wrecker services for both public‑safety (police & sheriff) districts and county fleet management. The contract is a one‑year initial term with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and awards may be made to multiple providers per service category. Vendors must meet strict equipment, facility, personnel, and insurance requirements, and rates are fixed per tow, mileage, and storage.
• Provide 24/7 light/medium and heavy‑duty towing across six police districts and county‑wide fleet.
• Meet response‑time targets (≤ 30 min for light/medium, ≤ 45 min for heavy, ≤ 4 hr for fleet).
