Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking a commercial vendor to supply and deliver clinical‑grade dry‑ice pellets (5/8‑inch diameter) twice weekly to two departments at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The base period is 12 months starting 1 Oct 2026, with four consecutive 12‑month option periods (up to a total of five years). Deliveries are split between the Pathology Department (150 lb per delivery, 300 lb weekly, no later than 11:00 AM EST) and the Blood Donor Center (250 lb per delivery, 500 lb weekly, no later than 3:30 PM EST). All shipments must meet strict size, purity, and handling requirements; non‑conforming deliveries must be replaced within four hours at no cost. The solicitation is set‑aside for small business (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB).
