The City of Columbus Department of Public Utilities is seeking a qualified firm to provide program project management services for its 2027‑2032 Lead Service Line Replacement Program. The contract will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of replacing approximately 50,000 lead and galvanized service lines, ensuring compliance with the EPA Lead and Copper Rule Improvement and other regulatory requirements. The selected contractor will manage the Capital Improvement Project (CIP 690236‑110004), act as the primary liaison among internal stakeholders, external contractors, and funding agencies, and deliver progress reports and performance metrics throughout the multi‑year program. • Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of ~50,000 lead service line replacements through 2037 (or sooner). • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including the EPA LCRI. • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, and reporting for the CIP 690236‑110004 program. • Provide technical and programmatic guidance to the Division of Water to accelerate project delivery. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project‑related inquiries and documentation.
